With proven experience in selling high-value capital equipment and a strong foundation in polymers and materials, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the medical sector, a market where we are already a trusted partner. Our advanced welding systems are used in the production of medical devices, tubing, and components for diabetes care, ensuring precision, cleanliness, and reliability at every step. By combining your understanding of the polymer materials and plastics industry with the ability to clearly demonstrate product value, you’ll help leading medical manufacturers optimize their processes through innovative, automated welding solutions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Identify, engage, and visit potential new clients within your region to present tailored solutions and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing support, information, and after-sales service as required.
  • Produce quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms, and manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Keep the Sales Manager informed of competitor activities, market trends, and technological developments impacting product sales.
  • Organize and coordinate customer visits, sales projects, and marketing events in a cost‑effective and structured manner.
  • Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and pre‑sales support to help clients understand how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and marketing colleagues, to deliver customized solutions and resolve client issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling high‑value capital equipment and explaining product benefits
  • Ability to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of polymers, plastics, and materials
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
  • Valid driver’s license
