Overview

Meubles Furniture are currently recruiting for furniture and homewares Sales Associates for our Kilkenny store. Meubles encompasses one of the finest selections of furniture, home wares, and inspiration in Kilkenny together with a bright, modern cafe on the top floor.

The ideal candidate for this full time role (40 hours weekly) will have current sales experience, preferably in a furniture setting with bedding/mattress knowledge being a distinct advantage, and have a passion for making sales and finding the perfect piece for our customers. An interest in interiors and design will also add to your suitability for the role. Please note you must be available midweek and weekends and this role is not suited to students.

Responsibilities

• Customer service- actively engaging with customers to ascertain their needs and to assist them in selecting pieces to suit their homes
• Sales- successfully concluding sales and completing all follow up communication with customers and suppliers
• Quotes and follow ups- following leads with customers and closing sales
• Merchandising- you will be responsible for maintaining the displays in your area
• Accuracy- at all times ensuring the accuracy of orders placed with suppliers

Qualifications
