Position Summary

Irish International Trading Corporation (Cork) Plc, established in 1920, is one of Ireland’s leading wholesalers of hardware, steel, wire, agricultural plastics, salt, bathroom supplies and plumbing materials. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Plumbing & Bathrooms Showroom team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality customer service to new and existing customers, manage and proactively develop long‑term relationships, and help customers maximize the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers throughout their relationship to deliver an excellent experience and satisfaction.
  • Position yourself as an expert on our products and provide continuous support.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any issues efficiently and timely.
  • General customer service duties.
  • Generate and follow up on sales.
  • Maintain and tidy the showroom.
  • Stock control.
Requirements
