Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Sales Assistant in Ireland to help customers discover jewellery and create memorable moments. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and embodying Pandora's values in daily interactions.

You will engage with customers, curate selections, and represent the brand while upholding sustainability and craftsmanship. This is a 16-hour-per-week, permanent position with pay between €15.86 per hour and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional service by following the customer experience model.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, collecting insights for future interactions.
• Be a Brand Ambassador by sharing product knowledge and highlighting jewellery stories.
• Achieve sales targets focusing on conversion and average transaction value.
• Support store operations, assist with stock deliveries, maintain shop floor standards, and process transactions at the till.

The Role

What You'll Do

• Drive sales & deliver exceptional service: Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by flawlessly executing our customer experience model ‘Every Moment Matters’, creating memorable experiences for customers
• Build rapport and loyalty: Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalised service and care, and encourage customer loyalty to collect valuable data for future interactions
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Share product knowledge and curate stunning jewellery selections that tell a story, creating special moments with every customer
• Achieve sales targets: Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to exceed sales goals
• Support store operations: Assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till
