Job summary

The Regatta Great Outdoors Ireland is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Tralee store to deliver an engaging shopping experience and help customers find products that suit their needs. You will maximise sales through friendly service, upsell where appropriate, handle stock and deliveries, and ensure the store is clean, well merchandised and inviting at all times.

Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential — we provide comprehensive training, a supportive team culture, staff

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings if required.
