Job summary

Centra Moate is looking for a Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a top shopping experience. You will engage with customers, answer queries, and support store standards while representing Centra values of Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.

As a team member, you will handle a busy environment, maintain store presentation, and participate in new initiatives. Flexibility to cover shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer driven attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
