Job summary

Centra Castletroy is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with shoppers with pride, knowledge and care, helping them find products and ensure a warm, welcoming store experience.

In this role you will merchandise shelves, respond to customer queries professionally and in line with store policy, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while upholding Centra brand values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
