Job summary

Card Factory in Ireland is seeking friendly Sales Assistants to join our vibrant stores. You’ll help customers, keep shelves tidy, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across busy days and celebrations.

No retail experience is required; full training is provided. You’ll work with a cheerful team, enjoy flexible hours, and learn gift wrap and product knowledge while creating memorable moments for every customer.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
