Job summary

schuh Cork is seeking Temporary Sales Assistants to join our store in Cork. You will deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, and share in-depth product knowledge to help them find the right footwear.

Previous experience isn’t essential as full training is provided. You’ll also meet KPIs, handle payments, stock, and merchandising while enjoying benefits such as discounts and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Full training will be given for the role.
• Flexible availability for peak periods (Black Friday & Christmas).

We have an exciting opportunity for Temporary Sales Assistants to join our store in Cork.

Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work over Black Friday and Christmas.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing –

Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge

Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets

Processing payments, customer orders and reservations

Stock management and shop floor merchandising

Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas

Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
