Job summary

Seasalt in Westport is hiring a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour temporary contract. You will be the face of Seasalt, delivering inspiring service and a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, and services.

You will drive sales across channels, support store management, assist with stock, merchandising, and health and safety, and help create a memorable shopping experience for every customer. If you have a passion for customer care and flexibility, join our Seasalt team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work across shifts and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service, with knowledge of Seasalt brand, products and services.
• Recommend additional services and drive sales while assisting online orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and support store management to achieve KPIs.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and visual presentation in-store.
• Ensure health and safety standards and general store operations.

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12 hour temporary contract to join the team in our beautiful shop in Westport.

You'll Help Us By

• Delivering an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services
• Recommending additional services and solutions to our customers to drive sales and gather customer data
• Actively driving sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders
• Having a first point resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seeking out solutions for the benefit of the customer
• Supporting the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
• Helping with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store
• Having a flexible approach to your work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as management of stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards amongst others
