Job summary

Brian McCormick Sports in Letterkenny, Ireland, is seeking a friendly retail assistant to join our team on the shop floor. You’ll help customers, answer questions, and make everyone feel welcome and important.

Training will be provided, and product knowledge is not necessary. Some days may involve despatching orders. Pay starts at €14.15 per hour, with benefits including Bike to work scheme, Company pension, Employee discount, and Store discount. Work location: In person.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and friendly attitude.
• Reliable team player who can work on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Handle customer questions and help create a welcoming environment.
• On some days, assist with despatching orders to customers.

Working in an active sports envoirnment, like to help people and enjoy talking to customers making them feel welcome and important .

The work will mainly be on the shop floor and some days may involve despatching orders for our customers who like us from a far !

This job description is ideal for someone who likes being helpful , chatty and reliable .

Product knowlege is not necessary as training will be provided .
