Job summary

Pernod Ricard España SA in Dublin is seeking a VIE Product Developer to join the R&D and NPD team. You will support development of new products, formulations, specifications, and brand integrity across the Ready-to-Drink portfolio, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and legal requirements.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, labs, and co-packers to advance wet goods, recipes, and packaging interactions, and work with the EU Innovation Hub RTD team

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Food Science/Engineering, Brewing and Distilling, Nutrition).
• Microbiology / Food Safety is an asset.
• Understanding of product development including flavour use, shelf-life testing and sensory testing (especially for RTD products).
• Ability to interpret data, prepare reports and certificates.
• Travel may be required (10%).

Responsibilities

• Maintain formulations, specifications and records for projects on internal systems (MS Teams, Product Vision etc.).
• Provide product technical documents, specifications, and information as required to support registrations, investigations and inquiries from markets and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers (including but not limited to suppliers, copackers, internal cross functional departments).
• Facilitate sample requirements and shipments globally.
• Support repeat sample preparation under the guidance of the product developer.
• Support processes for faster product development (wet goods/formulas).
• Support the transfer of new formulations concepts into finished product at co packers by sharing relevant documentation and samples where needed.
