The Role

The RPA Team designs, delivers and operates automation solutions to drive efficiency and reduce costs and risk across the organization. You will be joining the team as a support engineer working closely with the development team, maintaining and monitoring robotic process environments, running automations, maintaining resources, analysing logs, detecting bugs, identifying fixes and resolutions. Hours of work: 1 pm to 9 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Robotics Process Automation Environments
  • Support business processes using the UiPath automation stack
  • Manage and control queries (incidents, issues, change requests) submitted by the business
  • Assist on the deployment of changes to the different automation environments
  • Communicate to business stakeholders, developers and senior management issues affecting the automation’s normal operations
  • Create and maintain solution documentation in detail
  • Triage incidents and change request tickets ensuring they are classified appropriately
  • Review and manage the automation and workflow queues for each solution running in the production environment
Your profile – Essential skills / knowledge / experience

Bachelor of Information Technology (IT) or related field.

1‑3 years’ experience in the following:

  • Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robotic Enterprise Framework (REF)
  • Ability to understand existing, changed and new business processes
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and infer how an automated workflow solution will work in a wider business environment
  • Good understanding of workflow‑based logic
  • A self‑starter with a drive to deliver and adapt to new challenges on their own and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and produce easily understood documentation
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues, gather business process details, identify solution requirements, highlight risks, propose and implement controls
Desirable skills / knowledge / experience
  • Experience with C#, VB .NET, HTML, CSS, Power Shell Automation, Excel macros
  • Experience with SQL Server databases
  • Demonstrate an innovative, creative approach to problem‑solving
  • Good understanding of programming concepts, troubleshooting production defects and deploying fixes
  • Experience and knowledge of Business/System Analysis in a structured environment
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
