Tigers Childcare, based in Meath, is hiring for a full-time leadership role in a busy childcare setting. You will lead your room and team to deliver holistic development for children, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to Aistear and Siolta standards.

Garda Vetting is required and the company will manage it for you. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of €17.50–€19.28 plus benefits, including holidays, staff discounts, and ongoing CPD opportunities, with career development support

Qualificações

• Must have leadership experience in a childcare setting.
• Fetac Level 6 in Early Childhood Education or recognised equivalent.
• Garda Vetting will be arranged by Tigers Childcare.
• International police clearance if applicable for those who lived abroad.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Must-Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role
• Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education
• Copies of qualifications and 2 written references
• Garda Vetting (we will manage this for you)
• International police clearance if applicable (for those who have lived abroad 6+ months)
• Leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience leading a team or managing a classroom
• Strong understanding of Aistear and Siolta frameworks
• Interest in developing a long-term career in childcare leadership
