Job summary

Tigers Childcare Ireland is seeking a full-time Early Years Leader in Ballybrack, Dublin to champion high-quality care and education across a busy room.

You will lead a team, ensure curriculum alignment with Aistear and Siolta, and drive safe, inclusive practices. Garda Vetting is required; international clearance considered. Competitive pay and generous benefits accompany this pivotal role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role.
• Fetac Level 6 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Education
• Copies of qualifications and 2 written references
• Garda Vetting (we will manage this for you)
• International police clearance if applicable (for those who have lived abroad 6+ months)
• Leadership capability, reliability, empathy, and passion for working with children

• Deliver high-quality, full-time early years care and education, leading your room and team to support children’s holistic development.
