Your responsibilities will span from hands-on tool repair to sustaining next-generation robotic systems, giving you exposure to electrical and software controls, pneumatics, chemical systems and robotics.**Key Responsibilities****Equipment Maintenance*** Perform planned and unplanned tool repairs.* Troubleshoot and resolve faults down to component level.* Support ongoing tool development and enhancement projects.* Drive improvement initiatives independently and collaboratively.* Work with mentors on practical investigations and hardware resolutions.* Present findings, learnings, and recommendations to peers and management.* Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and specifications to perform diagnostics.**Robotics & Mechatronics*** Build, wire, install, and maintain advanced robotic and automation systems (6-axis robots, autonomous mobile robots, automated transport, and storage/retrieval systems).* Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.* Diagnose and repair robotic malfunctions and optimize system performance.* Program, calibrate, and adjust robotic systems for efficiency and accuracy.* Conduct performance testing and implement improvements based on results.* Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and configurations.* Document procedures and protocols for future use.* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.* Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols.**Skills & Competencies*** Strong technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.* Ability to wire control panels safely and accurately.* Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues with a meticulous approach.* Flexibility to adapt to various automation platforms and emerging technologies.* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in presenting solutions.* Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.* Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.**Qualifications & Experience*** Level 7 in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Electrical, or related field; OR* Honours Bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8); OR Level 6 technical qualification with relevant experience.* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Maintenance of physical equipment* Familiarity with regulated industrial environments.* Experience with industrial automation (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, robotics, autonomous vehicles, industrial wiring and controls) is desirable.* Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, First Time Right).* Basic understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).**What We Offer*** Competitive salary with shift premium.* Exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor and automation technologies.* Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.* A collaborative, inclusive environment where innovation thrives.* Shift pattern to support work-life balance.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
