Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment partners with a Galway-based organisation to recruit an experienced Road Signage Project Manager to oversee projects across Connacht and Donegal region (Office Sligo).

This senior leadership role requires delivering multiple site operations safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, with direct influence on project delivery and contract performance across a growing infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing sign installation or similar infrastructure works on high-speed national roads.
• Strong contract management and project delivery experience.
• Relevant engineering, construction, or technical qualification.
• Detailed knowledge of Traffic Signs Manuals, Traffic Management requirements, and Health & Safety legislation.
• Recognised Health & Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations across multiple projects
• Act as PSCS under the Construction Regulations
• Prepare and manage Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and Temporary Traffic Management reviews
• Ensure safe systems of work, site inductions, and method statements are effectively implemented

• Act as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations
• Prepare and manage Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and Temporary Traffic Management reviews
• Ensure safe systems of work, site inductions, and method statements are effectively implemented

What You'll Need
