Job summary

Labour Force is recruiting a C Licence Truck Driver for a leading Irish logistics provider, based in North Dublin/Ashbourne area. The role covers multi-drop deliveries across Dublin and Leinster with a modern fleet and clear routes.

You must hold a full Category C licence, Driver CPC, and a tachograph card, with prior multi-drop experience. Competitive pay is €20–€22 per hour, plus subsistence; overtime is paid at 1.5x after 45 hours.

Qualifications

• Full clean Category C Driving Licence is required.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas is expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to retail, hospitality, and commercial customers.
• Safely load, transport, and unload products in line with delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Follow assigned delivery routes across Dublin, Leinster, and surrounding areas.
• Verify deliveries against manifests and obtain proof of delivery.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Comply with all road transport, tachograph, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Communicate delivery progress with transport planners and management.

C Licence Truck Driver

Location: Ashbourne, Co. Meath
Pay Rate: €20 – €22.00 per hour (DOE)
Subsistence: €13.71 up to 10 hours, €33.61 thereafter
Hours: 45 hours per week, rostered 5 days over 7, starting from 6:30am
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 45 hours

Requirements

• Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail and accurate completion of paperwork
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach to work
• PPT licence would be an advantage
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Ireland and able to provide proof of eligibility upon request
• Competitive pay of €20.00 to €22.00 per hour, depending on experience
