Our client a leading Manufacturer and Delivery of Insultation products for the Passive housing sector have a requirement for an experienced Retrofit Project Surveyor. The successful applicant must be able to use their project management skills to manage the projects and their time, as they will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the successful candidate should be able to support the Retrofit Managing Director to ensure the projects are delivered on time meeting customer requirements and within budget

Essential Criteria:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong Microsoft office experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
