You’ll support the Store Manager, coach colleagues on the shop floor, and drive sales performance with a strong focus on service, visual standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering results in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership potential or experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• A track record of achieving sales and performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• A strong customer first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and support store operations effectively.
• Confidence using digital tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the overall performance and day‑to‑day operation of the store
• Take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to build capability, confidence, and performance
• Drive delivery of key business KPIs, including sales targets, customer experience, and service measures
• Create a high‑energy, customer‑focused culture that reflects Vodafone’s values and behaviours
• Ensure consistently high store standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and compliance
• Monitor daily performance and provide clear direction and feedback to the team
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and minimal escalation
• Support effective rota planning, resource management, and team deployment to meet business needs
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and team development
