Job summary

Aldi Ireland seeks friendly staff to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll help customers, keep shelves stocked, and safeguard product quality across shifts in a welcoming, team-oriented store.

Part-time contracts (15–20 hours) are available, with early morning or evening shifts. Four weeks of paid annual leave, training, wellbeing programmes, and lifestyle discounts are offered as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable replenishing stock at pace for best availability.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards.
