Job summary

Clarks in Ireland seeks a reliable Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets. You will sell footwear and accessories, applying Clarks selling models and maintaining high retail standards on both front and back of house.

The role requires a flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on product knowledge and delivering an outstanding brand experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a great brand experience and product knowledge.
• Ability to support store KPI targets through sales.
• Maintaining high retail standards on the shop floor and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, using technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Support achievement of store KPI targets by delivering sales at set levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to uphold brand/retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
