Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Support store management to uphold the VIBE philosophy and Peers Training Peers.
• Assist in training and development of peers and participate in daily/department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tills, shipments, fitting rooms, and stock/receiving processes.
• Contribute to merchandising and display projects and ensure sales floor readiness.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and loss prevention guidelines.
