Job Title: Sales Assistant – Bespoke Outdoor Homeware

Salary: €30k

RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client have a great role available for a Sales Assistant to join the team. Ideally you will have previous customer service / sales experience and some knowledge of DIY / home improvement / construction is beneficial.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays

Requirements

• Have previous sales, customer service and negotiation experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the roofing, cladding, engineering or construction sectors is a bonus
• Ability to understand and present technical information to clients
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, is self-motivated and target-driven
• Can work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines

Role Description

• Undertake day-to-day sales activities such as generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
