Job summary

Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE is hiring a Loss Prevention officer to protect people, products and property in our Dublin-area stores. You will own the Loss Prevention process in-store, coordinate with leadership, and help shape security across the business.

You will deter theft, liaise with local police, train staff on security disciplines, and ensure adherence to company prevention standards. We value calm, proactive communicators who can multitask in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail loss prevention awareness and customer service orientation
• Ability to remain calm and proactive in difficult situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Willingness to undergo full training and development
• Comfort with engaging with local police and security partners

Responsibilities

• Open eyes and ears - responsible for all store security solutions, supporting investigations and handling theft cases with professionalism and discretion
• Relationship Management - develop and maintain relationships with local police, assisting in local crime reduction partnerships
• Tools for the trade - use security equipment to deter, detect and control criminal activity through monitoring
• Train and engage - train staff in Loss Prevention disciplines and engage with Senior Leadership teams to uphold Prevention Standards
• Sharing to inform - keep store teams and LPO aligned on Security policies and initiatives
