Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or security management in retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and shrinkage.
• Investigate, resolve, and report suspected thefts or fraud to Gardai and relevant agencies.
• Oversee security policies, monitoring of surveillance systems, and reporting on trends.
• Train and develop security teams and foster a strong loss prevention culture across the store.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and safety teams to ensure aligned policies.
