Role Profile

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, reliable and committed individual who is willing to work and wants to build a career in the agricultural industry. This role will report to the Branch Manager and will assist in all duties required to safely and effectively carry out the daily branch operations. This role is based in our Monasterevin Branch, Co Kildare.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in all tasks necessary to ensure the smooth and safe operation of daily retail branch activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch manager and local sales team to identify and develop new retail sales opportunities, as well as develop a strong customer base.
  • Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service, offering guidance on products and services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure that all product displays are maintained to the highest standard, with clear pricing and accurate signage, reflecting the branch’s commitment to excellence.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels closely, with particular attention to high‑demand retail products during peak times of the year.
  • Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all internal audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during store campaigns and projects to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Champion the organisation’s customer service programme in the branch to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and address health and safety risks, communicating any concerns directly to management.
