Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host for a part-time, 8-hour weekend role. You will work with the Retail team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, assist with product presentation and stock replenishment, and support in-store events and promotions.

As a Customer Host you’ll promote the brand, sign customers up to email newsletters, and use the mPOS system to assist shoppers across channels. A friendly, proactive approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Reliable customer-focused approach and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate multichannel sales via mPOS and sign customers up to emails.
