Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. Participants need to be well‑organised, have effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service.

• Advise and serve customers, processing payments
• Assist customers to help them find what they need
• Ensure stock levels are well maintained
• Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability
• Keep stock clean and presentable
• Always maintain shop floor standards at the front and back of house
