Job summary

Flexsource is recruiting a Retail Assistant for assignments across Ireland. You will advise customers on health and beauty requirements and support day-to-day store operations.

Key duties include delivering quality customer service on the shop floor, greeting customers, anticipating needs, managing pharmacy stock, and keeping work areas clean and tidy. Minimum retail experience and good communication are required.

The Retail Assistant is responsible for advising customers on health and beauty requirements and support the day-to-day store operations. Their responsibilities may include:

• Providing quality customer servicewhen on the shop floor, by ensuring customers receive prompt and quality information
• Greeting all customers in store in a friendlyand welcoming manner.
• Anticipating customers’ needswhenrecommending and/or advising on additional products that complement the products and services requested by the customer
• Managing pharmacy stock including general merchandising, administrative duties, ordering stock and pricing
• Ensuring all work areas are clean and tidy
