Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty at Brown Thomas in Ireland is seeking a Retail Artist for a Full-Time 30HR position. You will deliver world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, acting as a CT brand ambassador while guiding customers through product choices and makeup looks.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty or retail environments, be adaptable to shift work, and demonstrate passion for CT products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced beauty/retail environments.
• Strong customer service ethos with the ability to upsell and educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product recommendations and makeup applications.
• Maintain store standards and grooming as per CT guidelines.
• Support managers and colleagues, especially during shift changes.
• Be flexible with early and late shift hours and weekends.

About You

• You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor. Ideally this will be gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
• You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen - and continues to grow. You love all kinds of Charlotte Tilbury - and are not afraid to spread the word
• Ideally you will have experience in applying makeup - and knowing how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
• You champion positivity - and can think in a limitless way that makes your energy shine
• You are required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early shifts and late shifts.
• You will be required to give a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage
