Job summary

MCMA is recruiting Social Care Workers for roles across North and South County Dublin. You will contribute to care plans, promote the welfare of service users, and document care activities while liaising with families and professionals.

Candidates must hold one of the listed degrees or be eligible for CORU registration; a full, clean driving licence is desirable; flexible agency work with diverse client groups.

Qualifications

CORU registration or proof of valid application for CORU registration is required.
Candidate must hold one of the listed degrees (L7/L8 or L8) or be eligible to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker.

Responsibilities

Promoting the rights and responsibilities of each service user within the service.
Participating in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans.
Promoting physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each service user.
Where applicable, liaising with family members and other professionals.
Adhering to policies and procedures.
Documentation and report writing.
