Job summary

Western Care Association seeks a Social Care Assistant for its Residential Service in Turlough, Co. Mayo. This permanent post is 25.6 hours per week with sleep-ins, supporting individuals to live meaningful lives in a safe, inclusive environment.

You will work with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence, equality and rights, contributing to Individual Plans and upholding the service's ethos and values.
