Job summary

Vodafone Ireland is seeking an experienced Residential Field Sales Representative Mentor to lead and develop our residential field sales teams across Galway and surrounding areas. You will coach new starters, drive sales performance, and support ongoing development while promoting Vodafone broadband packages to residential customers.

Residential Field Sales Representative Mentor – Vodafone

Join Ireland’s leading telecommunications brand as a Vodafone Residential Field Sales Representative Mentor. We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and supportive sales professional to lead, mentor, and develop our residential field sales teams across Galway and surrounding areas.

This is a field-based leadership role focused on coaching new starters, driving sales performance, and supporting the ongoing development of the field sales team in your territory.

You’ll play a key role in helping new representatives succeed while continuing to promote and sell Vodafone broadband packages to residential customers.

Location:

Galway area

Salary:

€70,000 On-Target Earnings

Hours:

40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 20:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, coach, and mentor new Residential Field Sales Representatives
• Assist with onboarding and field training for new starters
• Promote and sell Vodafone broadband packages to residential customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Vodafone brand professionally
