Staycity is looking for a Reservations Sales Agent (English, French or German speaking) to join their Reservations Team, in the Dublin Head Office, on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join the reservations team of the leading Aparthotel provider in Europe. You will be dealing with customers both internally and externally, so our ideal candidate would be someone with a strong customer focus. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you are responsible for the management and processing of all inbound Sales and reservations enquiries from various channels, as well as answering customer/agent enquiries. The role also involves making and amending reservations, gathering lead enquiries for the Sales team, confirming group reservations and reporting daily sales along with performance indicators. You will qualify sales needs and where possible set up calls and meetings for the city Sales Managers.
From time to time, this role will also require the individual to undertake sales research, with the aim of assisting the sales team in identifying and developing new leads. Quality customer service is the priority. Because you are the first interaction the customer will have with Staycity, it is crucial to make their experience pleasant and as easy as possible.
