Reservations Manager - On site Dublin 22

Location: Naas Road, Newlands Cross

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our busy Reservations team at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, part of the Fitzgerald Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused, detail‑driven hospitality professional to take ownership of our reservations function, driving performance, conversion, and guest satisfaction across our Rooms, Meetings & Events, and corporate segments.

About The Role
  • Oversee all day‑to‑day reservations activity for the hotel, ensuring efficient, guest‑focused service.
  • Manage and motivate the Reservations team (Agents and Groups Coordinator), ensuring consistent accuracy and service excellence.
  • Monitor conversion performance, occupancy, and revenue, identifying opportunities to maximise yield.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to align strategies and share guest insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their preferences and needs are communicated effectively to the operational teams.
  • Support system and rate management, ensuring accuracy across all booking channels and OTA platforms.
About You
  • Previous experience in a Reservations Supervisor or Reservations Manager role, ideally within a hotel or cluster environment.
  • Understanding of Opera PMS, OTA management, and revenue principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and confident in analysing data to inform decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of guest care and service quality.
