Job summary

A hospitality group in Dublin is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for telephone inquiries and manage reservations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is adaptable to changes, with the ability to work flexible hours. Full training on systems will be provided. This role offers valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Resdiary is preferable but full training will be provided.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

Job description

The Buckley Collection are currently recruiting for a part time Reservations Agent.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all telephone enquiries
  • Manage reservations for a number of locations in Dublin & Galway
  • Respond to emails
  • Confirm reservations each day
  • Communicate with restaurant managers regarding bookings/ reviews/ menus etc
  • Weekly reporting to Reservations Manager
Requirements
  • Experience with Resdiary is preferable but not required as full training will be provided
  • The ability to adapt to change & work well under pressure
  • Friendly personality
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Applicants must have fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, Bank Holidays, early shifts and evening shifts.

Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work full-time in Ireland cannot be considered.
