Reservation Agent

Full‑time role at The Croke Park, Dublin – a 4‑star Doyle Collection hotel situated beside the iconic stadium.

About the role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the friendly voice guests hear when they want to learn more about staying with us. You will engage with guests, provide information about the hotel, facilities, local area, and handle reservations.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Use the hotel PMS to manage room bookings, cancellations, and change requests.
  • Advise guests on available room types, rates, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required skills & qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of our hotel, facilities, and local area.
  • Experience using a hotel PMS or similar system.
  • Full‑time availability: 40 hours per week on a 5‑over‑7 roster.
