Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinic Manager for the Limerick Renal Dialysis Unit. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, champion best practice in patient management and ensure staff are recruited, supported and appraised effectively.

The role requires an NMBI Registered Renal Trained Nurse with post-registration haemodialysis experience and strong organisational skills. A full-time schedule with varied shifts is offered in a modern setting.

Qualifications

• NMBI registered renal trained nurse with post-registration experience.
• Significant exposure to haemodialysis and strong administrative, organisational and clinical skills.
• Experience managing others and counselling patients.

Responsibilities

• Champion best practice in patient management.
• Recruit, support and appraise clinic staff.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor supplies.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems and ensure standards compliance.
