Job summary

A global enterprise software support provider is seeking an experienced VMware L3 Support Engineer for remote work. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years’ experience with VMware technologies, strong analytical abilities, and excellent customer-focused communication skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Candidate must be based in Ireland or the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience across VMware core technologies at a senior support level.
• Experience in handling critical customer situations.
• Knowledge of NSX-T Architecture and Logical Switching & Routing.

Responsibilities

• Support customers remotely and troubleshoot issues professionally.
• Collaborate with a global team for effective issue resolution.
