Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support an AI-driven project with focus on graphic design, UI/UX, and motion work. You will review AI outputs and provide high-quality human feedback to improve AI training.

Experience in human-data work for AI models is required, not just using AI tools. Work involves evaluating designs across video, typography, and layout, annotating results, and suggesting workflow improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX.
Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling and model evaluation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
