Job summary

McKesson in Ireland (County Cork) is seeking a SOX & IT Compliance Analyst to support our GRC program. You will drive SOX ITGC testing, manage SAP GRC and SailPoint governance, and collaborate with auditors and business leaders to strengthen controls.

The role requires 4+ years in IT compliance or related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with SOX controls, SAP GRC, and identity governance. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional experience may supplement.
• 4+ years of IT compliance, SOX, audit, governance, risk, or cybersecurity compliance.
• Experience supporting SOX controls testing, audit activities, and evidence documentation.
• Hands-on experience administering SAP GRC Access Control and/or Process Control.
• Experience conducting user access reviews, SoD analysis, or Identity Governance activities.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Governance Administration or similar tools.
• Experience producing compliance reports and remediation tracking.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support SOX ITGC testing activities with evidence collection and documentation.
• Administer and support SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control solutions.
• Support user access reviews, SoD monitoring, and identity governance processes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare compliance reports and remediation status updates.
• Monitor cybersecurity compliance activities, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support audits by coordinating evidence requests and documenting control effectiveness.
• Assist remediation planning for identified deficiencies.
• Maintain process documentation, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Develop and monitor key compliance metrics and indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of GRC processes.
