A leading customer experience firm in Ireland is seeking an Outbound Polish Sales Representative for a remote role. You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling to clients, utilizing a consultative approach. Candidates must be fluent in English and Polish (C1 level) and have at least one year of experience in a sales or call center role. The position offers comprehensive training, weekly coaching, and attractive commission plans, with a focus on professional development and support.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be expected to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets through building a rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to quality & compliance metrics. The role consists of working with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing customer leads that are provided daily.
We work with some of the most prestigious and well-known companies in the world and you will be provided with comprehensive sales and product training, as well as mentorship and coaching from management & senior representatives.
Salary: Base €30,432 & up to €40,000 On Target Earnings. Working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Location: Remote.
