Alignerr invites a Population Health Informaticist to collaborate with leading AI research teams and help train health AI systems. You will evaluate population health data, identify errors, and translate findings into clear feedback for AI training workflows.

Qualifications

• Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
• Able to evaluate complex health data and identify what's accurate, misleading, or missing.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical findings into structured, usable feedback.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to population health for accuracy, relevance, and clinical soundness
• Apply your knowledge of health data to identify errors, gaps, or misleading insights in AI responses
• Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to inform AI training workflows
• Review and provide structured feedback on dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks generated or described by AI systems
• Help translate complex health data concepts into clear, actionable AI training examples
• Flag disparities, oversimplifications, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated public health content
