Job summary

QuinnBet is hiring a Part-Time Safer Gambling Agent to support our safer gambling initiatives. This remote weekend role (Saturday and Sunday, 14:00–22:00) focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting players, and promoting responsible gaming across teams.

The successful candidate will handle customer interactions professionally, assess risk indicators, and implement interventions in line with UKGC and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with safer gambling practices and regulatory guidance.
• Ability to assess customer risk indicators and act per policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement safer gambling policies and procedures in line with regulatory expectations.
• Identify behavioural, affordability, and financial risk indicators through customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate case records and document outcomes and next actions.
• Support onboarding and training within the Safer Gambling Team.
