Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an experienced consultant to lead MedTech Complaints implementations for global customers. You will guide transformation of complaints management processes and configure a cloud-based Vault solution across the enterprise.

Role is remote, full-time, based in the EU or UK, with no visa sponsorship. Requires deep knowledge of FDA/EU MDR/IVDR and quality management integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Complaints Management for Medical Device.
• Experience leading consulting implementations.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and map current customer processes to identify gaps and requirements for implementation.
• Lead QMS Complaints implementation workstreams for MedTech quality solutions.
• Serve as primary liaison between teams, customers, and third parties.
• Analyze requirements to shape adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices post-implementation.
