C&F is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Solutions Business Consultant to lead digital manufacturing initiatives as a Product Owner, partnering with engineering and client stakeholders. The role focuses on translating business objectives into roadmaps and prioritized backlogs, driving value in Agile delivery models.

You will navigate complex manufacturing domains, influence solution design, and support growth opportunities while aligning with cross-functional teams across Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, digital manufacturing, or management/technology consulting.
• Experience as Product Owner or functional lead within digital initiatives.
• Experience operating within Agile delivery models.
• Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interface with technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into actionable product roadmaps aligned to manufacturing KPIs.
• Define and manage product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Decompose roadmaps into epics, features and stories with milestones.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure incremental value realization.
• Act as liaison between client stakeholders and engineering teams.
