Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced finance professionals in Ireland to design numerically rigorous accounting reconciliation tasks for AI training. The role is a fully remote, hourly contract, requiring solid accounting expertise and strong numerical reasoning.

You will create realistic scenarios, write exact scoring criteria, and validate data to ensure robust AI evaluation. The position emphasizes flexible, task-based work with potential for ongoing projects as Alignerr expands its dataset

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting and finance experience with multi-step reconciliation.
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to work through complex datasets.
• Solid knowledge of revenue recognition rules and standard workflows.
• Ability to define verifiable correctness criteria for tasks.

Responsabilités

• Author realistic prompts focused on accounting reconciliation: payments to invoices, billing vs revenue.
• Create scoring rubrics with exact numerical outcomes and required reasoning steps.
• Set up task environments with financial data and system states for realism.
• Validate numbers by solving tasks and ensuring rubric accuracy.
• Calibrate task difficulty to challenge models appropriately.
• Review and refine AI-drafted prompts and rubrics when provided.
