WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist Dutch-speaking customers across the Netherlands via phone, email, and digital channels. The role focuses on registration, onboarding unit requests, toll-related questions, payments, and account management while delivering a superior customer experience.

The position is fully remote from Portugal with paid training, health insurance from day one, meal and holiday allowances, and a productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with registration and account inquiries.
• Support drivers and logistics companies with tolling system questions.
• Handle onboarding unit requests and toll payments.
• Document interactions and follow procedures.
• Promote relevant services when appropriate.
