Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking back-end engineers to expand our platform built on cutting-edge voice models. You’ll work across the stack with Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to build scalable, secure services used by millions.

We value experimentation, fast delivery, and collaboration with frontend, growth, and sales teams. This remote role can be performed globally, with offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw as optional hubs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python and backend development.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure tools and data structures.
• Knowledge about test design and security fundamentals.
• Bonus: Kubernetes experience and Stripe or other payment providers.
• Basics about how AI models work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ElevenLabs platform on top of voice models.
• Improve products to be intuitive, powerful and leverage research breakthroughs.
• Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure for live, performant, secure services.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Growth and Sales to design customer solutions.
